BMG Company Information

Bullion Management Group Inc.

Bullion Management Services Inc. began operations in November, 1998. The company was formed to offer Canadian investors a convenient and affordable way to invest in precious metals bullion. In 2002, BMG introduced BMG BullionFund, Canada’s first open-end precious metals bullion mutual fund, which until March 18, 2008 was known as The Millennium BullionFund. To establish a platform for future growth, in January 2005, the company was restructured. Bullion Management Group Inc. (BMG), and its subsidiaries, Bullion Management Services Inc., Bullion Marketing Services Inc., and Bullion Custodial Services Inc. were created. In 2008, “BMG” became the corporate brand and in September 2009, the products were further expanded with the addition of BMG Gold BullionFund.

Bullion Management Group Inc. is the parent company and the initials “BMG” have become the corporate brand for all companies and products.

Bullion Management Services Inc.

Bullion Management Services Inc. is the Trustee and Manager of the BMG BullionFund.

Bullion Custodial Services Inc.

Bullion Custodial Services Inc. is the manager of BMG BullionBars which sells bullion and provides custodial services to investors world-wide.

Bullion Marketing Services Inc.

Bullion Marketing Services Inc. provides marketing services for BMG BullionFund.

BMG BullionBars was launched in the fall of 2008 to meet the needs of investors seeking to purchase individual bars of investment -grade gold, silver and platinum bullion.
